Our Story
ROCO Kitchen + Coffee started with a simple realization.
Living just across from Hickory Ridge Village Center, a husband and wife spent years walking the neighborhood and searching for a place that could deliver real breakfast and lunch quickly without sacrificing quality.
What they kept finding was the same problem. Plenty of places were fast. Plenty of places claimed to be fresh. Very few delivered both.
There was no dependable spot where you could order real food made with care and still fit it into a busy day.

When a long vacant end unit in the village center finally became available, the idea for ROCO became real.
Built From Scratch
In the summer of 2025, their home kitchen became a test kitchen.
Recipes were developed, adjusted, scrapped, and rebuilt with one goal in mind: serve food that stands out on quality while still moving fast enough for real life.
The first obsession was breakfast tacos inspired by trips to Austin, Texas. Nothing local quite matched the flavor, freshness, and balance they were looking for, so they created their own version from the ground up.
From there, the menu kept growing naturally.
A handmade doughnut program followed, built around a detailed three-day process. Then came breakfast sandwiches, burgers, tacos, chicken sandwiches, coffee drinks, and a full lunch lineup designed to taste homemade while still working in a fast-paced environment

Everything is made fresh. Everything is built with consistency in mind.
Serious Coffee Without the Pretension
Coffee was never going to be an afterthought.
The bar is centered around a La Marzocco three group espresso machine chosen because it could keep up with volume while still producing high quality drinks.
After a long search for the right coffee partner, ROCO teamed up with Alma Coffee, a family run roaster known for quality, sourcing, and consistency.
The goal was simple: craft coffee done right without making people wait forever for it.
